Chris Raggett
Christopher Raggett has over 15 years of experience in energy and corporate finance. Until September 2023, he sat on the executive committee of finnCap Group plc – an AIM quoted financial services firm incorporating capital markets, M&A, private capital and debt advisory services. He was also Head of Energy and Natural Resources and Co-Head of Corporate Finance at finnCap Capital Markets Limited (subsequently Cavendish Capital Markets Limited following a merger with Cenkos Securities plc), which is the largest Nominated Adviser and Broker on AIM by number of clients. Prior to joining finnCap, Christopher was a solicitor at a multi-national US-based law firm.

Federico Gonzales
Federico Alberto Gonzalez MA (Law), BA (Law) studied law at the Universidad Nacional de Asuncion in Paraguay going on to Georgetown University in the United States of America where he gained his Masters Degree in Law. Joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paraguay he went on to become Ambassador of Paraguay in each of Argentina, Venezuela and South Korea. In the United States of America he was the permanent Paraguay Representative to the United Nations and was subsequently elected Vice President to the General Assembly of the United Nations for the 70th Assembly, acting as President on various occasions. In 2020 he was appointed interim Paraguay General Director of ITAIPU Binacional, the second largest hydro-electric dam in the world. Latterly he has been the Paraguay Minister of the Interior until August 2023, when a new President and administration took over.

Robert Shepherd, MBA, BEng (Hons), has acted as Financial Director of Molecular Energies PLC since 2015 and is a former Vice President for Emerging Markets Oil & Gas at ABN AMRO, a former Non-Executive Director of Imperial Energy PLC and a former CFO of Dominion Petroleum and former CEO of Azonto Petroleum. Rob is a qualified Petroleum Engineer, having trained with Shell.

Louis Wright
Louis Wright, MEng Oxon, Materials Science. Studied Materials Science undergraduate, completing research into the materials of hydrogen fuel cells, followed by an integrated masters thesis in Ion-Charged Dielectric Nanolayers for High Efficiency Solar Cells, in order to achieve increased solar efficiency from the industrial standard of 18% towards the theoretical maximum.

Pablo Guinda
Pablo Guinda, graduated with a BEng (Hons) from the University of Buenos Aires and a first class postgraduate Masters from the University of Aberdeen in mechanical engineering of Buenos Aires. He is a qualified Project Manager (PMI/PMQ) and has significant experience managing an interdisciplinary team through designing, manufacturing and installing large scale EPC projects. Pablo has worked with Technip, Subsea 7, GE and President Energy Argentina.

Eoin O’Sullivan
Eoin O’Sullivan, PhD (Oxon, expected 2024), BSc (Hons), is a material scientist whose PhD work focused on 2D nanomaterials for green energy applications. Through his research, Eoin has facilitated several international collaborations, spending time in Spain, the US and China, and has presented his work at international conferences. Prior to his PhD, Eoin was an elected Scholar of Trinity College Dublin, where he studied Physics and Chemistry of Advanced Materials.

Peter Levine
Peter MA (Oxon), qualified as a solicitor in 1980 and is an entrepreneur and investor primarily in the energy and technology sectors. Between 1993 and 2008 Peter Levine was first Deputy Chairman and then, for 10 years, Chairman of the then FTSE 250 listed steel construction company, Severfield-Rowen Plc (the latter now Severfield), during its period of significant growth. Peter Levine founded in 2004 the former FTSE 250 listed oil production company, Imperial Energy Corporation PLC and was Executive Chairman and largest individual shareholder until the US$2.4 billion sale to ONGC Videsh Limited which completed in January 2009 as well as Chairman of Keltbray Plc. Since 2014, Peter Levine has been the Chairman of Molecular Energies PLC and since 2021 the green hydrogen, ammonia and fertiliser company Atome PLC which has traded on AIM since December 2021 after it was spun-out of Molecular Energies.

Linda Plant
Linda Plant built her career from after leaving school at 16 and quickly progressed from selling fashion on a Leeds market stall to launching the international knitwear brand Honeysuckle. When she floated this company, she became one of the first women to head a fashion company floatation on the London Stock Market. She has worked in a series of challenging executive roles, building and running successful companies. Today, in addition to the Linda Plant Business Academy, she also runs property development and interior design businesses. Her passion for business and entrepreneurship has led her to be recognised for several business awards as well as becoming an interviewer on BBC One’s The Apprentice, providing Alan Sugar with advice for over six series. In addition, she is also a panellist and judge for HSBC’s Panel of Forward Ladies and The Prince’s Trust.

Robert Sheffrin
Robert Sheffrin is a chartered accountant with deep knowledge of early-stage businesses, innovation and venture capital. He is finance director of Atome plc and an Honorary Fellow of the Leeds Business School Centre for Entrepreneurship and Knowledge Exchange. Until July 2023 he was an investment director in the Intellectual Property and Commercialisation team at the University of Central Lancashire, is a former director of the UK Business Angels Association, former ICAEW Council Member and past president of the ICAEW Manchester. Robert trained as a chartered accountant with KPMG and is also a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. Between 2006 and 2011, he was compliance director of Brooks Macdonald Funds Limited.

Raymond Wolfson
Raymond Wolfson, MA (Oxon), ACA is an experienced company director and adviser with over 40 years in the technology and energy industries. Raymond achieved an honours degree in Physics from Magdalen College, Oxford before joining British Nuclear Fuels Limited where he held various internal consultancy and business roles, including managing the Uranium Hexafluoride Business Centre. He then qualified as an ACA with Ernst & Young and took the role of Finance Director at the University of Leeds technology transfer company. He incorporated many spin-outs, building the portfolio to more than 30 companies and was consequently appointed Investment Director. He acted as chairman or non-executive director for many of these companies. In 2000 he became a non-executive director of Getech following its MBO, and was extensively involved in its IPO on AIM as Getech Group plc in 2005. In 2007 he was invited to take the role of Chief Executive and led its growth, both organically and via acquisitions to £2 million PBT, whilst paying dividends in most years of his tenure. He retired from Getech in 2017 and founded RWY Limited, providing corporate and strategic advice to technology and science focused SMEs.
