GHC uses its own expertise and capital to create, identify and finance highly prospective businesses, some of which have already been identified. These concepts or entities are often constrained by access to capital. GHC intends to fill this innovation and funding gap.
Fertilises
Following initial creation or identification and seed finance, GHC will provide further support through management experience and contacts, alongside administrative functionality. All GHC Group companies will benefit from operating under the same, publicly supported, governance oriented umbrella.
Grows
This support allows the businesses to operate on a sure footing and grow with an international perspective. Ultimately, GHC expects each company to thrive as a stand-alone entity with its own purpose and management team. Notwithstanding, each entity contributes to the GHC’s revenue and profitability allowing for reinvestment and further growth throughout this four-phase cycle.
Harvest
GHC intends to benefit from the value in each entity. Timing is key and as the market for green focused businesses evolves and develops, the Directors believe that there will be a substantial opportunity to gain the rewards of the Company’s businesses and the Directors intend to pay a dividend to shareholders at the earliest opportunity.
